Bidrage med feedbackI recently spent a day at the spa, which began with lunch at Vitale. Unfortunately, it took 40 minutes for my burger and fries to be served, and when they finally arrived, the food was cold. The Ritz needs to improve their menu, kitchen, and service. Overall, I was very disappointed.
The food here is fantastic. The Tuna Poke Bowl is the best I've ever had! The service is also excellent.
