Great service.. this location was quick and on top of their customer service. Will definitely stop again

They make you stand there and wait for 10 minutes while they do all the mobile orders first. It wasn't until I asked if they were ever going to make my drink she actually made it. Who knows how long I would've been standing there.

Never again! How da fudge you have 2 managers who doesn't understand a misto proportion?! Gladly this location was just a drive pass to visit my parents. Tess is an idiot and that mary woman acts like a child having to redo my drink.

The worst experience at starbucks, I placed my order at 8:00am and it took about 25 minutes to tell me that there were 10ordes ahead of me, and the girl Franshesca literally took 5minutes to give me my refund (literally more than the time that takes to make my order) plus their manager not being very helpful and doing probably back office stuff Just expect to wait 30+ minutes and not even getting your drink, brcuase they are short staffed

The store consistently lacks sufficient staff, and why is the AC always set to 50 degrees? It's impossible to sit inside comfortably.
