I don't see how a person in their right mind looks at these burnt plantains and thinks a paying customer would want them. Only 2 out of the order was edible. Smh...what a waste of my money.

This location is the WORST they never get the items right and the cashier CRISTOPHER OVERCHARGED me for an original family meal that is supposed to cost $18 on weekends and he put in the computer the one with 2 sides that costs $21. And then to add a side of rice it is $2 and he charged an extra family rice $5 Keep an eye on the receipt before you leave the store.

Food is amazing, I never thought it would be that good.

I come to this location very frequently during my lunch breaks. Today I came for my usual and when ordering I had to repeat myself when ordering which is fine I understand it may be difficult to hear the customer but when pulling up to the window the girl stated the incorrect item, I then said the item I had asked for and she said ok and then proceeded to try to collect payment. When she stated the price I knew it was incorrect and let her know and she said no it’s not, I told her the price I know it is and she said the price must’ve gone up. I could tell she was getting annoyed by me just trying to make sure I get my order right. She asked do I still want it and of course I still want to eat lunch and because it was not much more I let her take payment. She had her back to me the entire time after taking my payment and I checked on the app and the price she stated was incorrect, and lied about “prices going up”. Multiple other employees came over once I stated that the item and pricing on the receipt is wrong. They tried to give me my food and let me go and I mentioned I was still charged more. They all looked at me irritated and questioned me questioning being charged wrong and I decided to leave. Yes it was only about a dollar more but they still were trying to charge me more money for the same thing I get all the time and lie to my face about it!! I have never had an issue with this store until today and the manager and young lady at the window clearly did not want to help me nor listen to me and I will not be ordering from this location again if that type of treatment is accepted.
