Mcdonald's - Marelly's

I come here every now and then because I work in the area. You must order from a kiosk because the staff usually ignores you when you stand at the counter. As par for the course, this McD's is dirty, unfriendly, and with sub-par service. I finished ordering at the kiosk, paid with a card, and the kiosk did not print a receipt, but the kiosk closed down on its own. I did not see my name or number on the order screen at the counter, and finally got the attention of the young man standing near the counter, he said he was working on my order right now. I tried to find a clean table to sit and wait for my food. There were two patrons in the dining room, 4 pm Monday, and there was little sales activity in the kitchen, so where was the employee that maintained a clean and germ free dining room? I went to the men's restroom, and there was trash all over the floor in the stall. Of the 3 hand soap dispensers in the restroom, I was eventually able to get a few drips out of the one in the stall, theother2 were empty. Good thing I didn't have much soap because both sink barely trickled water. My order came out, but the fries were not hot, and when I went to get a refill at the drink station, it was turned off. The same nice young man was eventually available to get my drink refill from behind the counter. After getting my refill, I wanted to throw my old cup I to the trash, but 3 of the 4 trash receptacles cans were removed as the employee was taking them to the dumpster to empty them. The tables never saw a cleaning rag in the hour I sat in that dump. I definitely consider the management here to be uncaring and unprofessional and undeserving of a job.

It was McDonald's. Nothing special.it was McDonald's. Nothing special.

Went in to grab some breakfast. Thankfully needed to use the restroom before ordering food. Both urinals had out of order signs. Okay, used the stall. Went to wash hands, no water from sink. If you can’t wash hands after using restroom, how do employees wash hands after using restroom. No thanks. I don’t want to eat someone’s poo-tons on my egg McMuffin.

IT CAN'T GET NO WORSE THAN THIS PLACE!!!!THIS CREW IS EXTREMELY LAZY AND CAN'T GET AN ORDER DONE RIGHT!! IT TOOK THEM LITERALLY 4 TIMES TO MAKE AN EGG CHEESE BISCUIT PROPERLY!!! SAD BUT TRUE SMFH!

Don't remember ever waiting so long to be served at a McDonald's. And in the end the order was wrong and incomplete.
