Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly, the person who helped me at night for the reservation, his attitude was incredible, so I would definitely return to that place again.

Customer service is terrible. No business center. Tried to sit quietly in the lobby and there was construction and vacuuming and noise for over 4 hours. Breakfast is not free.

My overall experience was top notch with the best service. I took a birthday weekend staycation here and let me tell you from the moment I arrived I felt so welcomed by each staff member. I want to recognize these employees especially as they really went above and beyond to help me enjoy my whole stay Joey, Damien, Missy, and Jocelyn from the front desk. Damien even helped me getting my float for the pool blown up. Joey was always so nice and helpful when my second reservation was double booked by my friend. Carlos the cook made me a special birthday dessert and every time I saw him he had such a great smile on him. Kim and Brandi are great bartenders and when I finally decided to head to my room the first night of my stay Kim wanted to make sure I made it to my room as I was enjoying a few birthday drinks. Hotel is very clean. Beds super comfy. Thank you guys for making my birthday such a great experience.

I had a fantastic experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando, thanks to Kim. She made mine and my team’s experience so enjoyable with her exceptional service and friendly demeanor. Her attention to detail and warm personality truly made our visit memorable. Highly recommend!
