Firehouse Subs Lake Nona - Marelly's

I never leave a review but the service was terrible I’m writing a review as I wait. I ordered through the app and stood at the online order section of the counter for 3-4 minutes before I asked if I was in the right spot as no one acknowledged me standing there waiting. I was told my order wasn’t ready, after waiting 30 minutes and order people that came after me received there order I asked how much longer got mine only to be told they didn’t have my order. I was then told they see it now and will make it. After another 5 minutes my food was sat on the counter without them even calling my name, I just happened to look and saw it up there. I have never had this experience at any other location. Needless to say this will be my first and last time at this one! Horrible customer service!

The subs are... absolutely delicious! With plenty of meat, ham, cheese, etc... and with plenty I mean like 6 or 7 layers of ham or meat... you will not be disappointed. Definitely the best in town!

Waited an hour and still did not get our order. Could not get a refund because the people behind the counter didn’t know how. No manager on site. Tried calling the manager on the business card they have on the counter but it just goes straight to the general phone line that I could hear ringing while dialing. There were about a dozen tables and quite a few people standing that were all waiting. We just decided to leave instead of waiting longer. What a joke.

Excellent sandwiches, made with love and care. Friendly service. They also have the coke freestyle touch screen machine allowing for endless beverage possibilities! Kid-friendliness: Hight chairs are available
