Arturo's Bistro - Marco Island

An amazing dinner. Pablo was our waiter and took such good care of us. Service and food were exceptional. Thank you Pablo!

What a beautiful new location inside, but the exterior entrance paths to the office building courtyard need to be better marked to direct you to the entrance. Big new bar with live entertainment. The Calamari app was delicious- fresh and fried lightly breaded with just the right marinara sauce. I was glad to see they had ice cold non alcohol beer for my wife, and a Moretti Beer for me. Service from Juan was excellent. There are 7 tables in the back room, one of them needs to be removed so diners can sit more comfortably. The linguine with Broccoli Rabe was Al dente with tender sautéed broccoli rabe and garlic. Nice sized bowl. The stuffed pork chop with mushroom brown gravy was tender and cheesy. Fresh vegetables were not overcooked I do wish the stuffed pork chop would be offered with a simpler presentation perhaps just EVVO, rosemary and garlic, wine and broth. Or a stuffed Veal Chop. Lastly, I'd ask that a customer can order meat/fish entrees with roasted brown small potatoes or wild rice instead of mashed potatoes.

I recently dined at Arturo's Bistro in Marco Island, and I must say, my experience left much to be desired. While there were a few redeeming qualities, overall, I found it quite disappointing. First, let's start with the positives. The service at Arturo's Bistro was indeed commendable. The staff was attentive, courteous, and efficient throughout the meal. The new location of the restaurant is also worth mentioning. It's an okay spot, not particularly impressive, but not terrible either. The bar area, in particular, had a nice ambiance, and it seemed like a decent place to grab a drink. However, my disappointment began when it came to the food. We started with the beef carpaccio appetizer, which was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the optimism didn't last long. When our entrees arrived, it became evident that something was seriously lacking. It's almost as if they forgot to season them at all. There was a distinct lack of flavor, and the overall taste was underwhelming. Regrettably, our entrees fell far short of expectations. For the price we paid, we expected much more in terms of flavor and satisfaction. If you're looking for a place with good service and a decent bar area, Arturo's Bistro might be worth a visit. However, if you're primarily interested in memorable dining experience, you might want to consider other options. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I have to say, everything from the charming new location—just across from their previous spot (I learned that they opened this larger venue only three weeks ago)—to the courteous and attentive staff was fantastic. Our waiter Juan was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, which added to our experience. The menu, along with the specials, truly deserves a five-star rating. For appetizers, we ordered the French onion soup (as a connoisseur, I can confidently say it was excellent) and the baked crepe. For our main courses, we tried the jambalaya and the grouper. Each dish was perfectly timed, flawlessly cooked, and served in generous portions. We thoroughly enjoyed everything. The main dining area is spacious, and the tables are well-spaced apart, adding to the comfort. There’s also a cozy wine room that accommodates about 10 guests, divided into two tables for four. We sat at one of these tables, which felt like our own private dining experience. Additionally, the large bar area was bustling and lively, which was nice to see. My advice is to look beyond the surface of some of those reviews.
