We ate a margherita and the chickpea cake (cecina), both delicious. The pan pizza is quite deep and soft, but with a crunchy base made with a light dough. The owner couple were very friendly and even explained to us how to prepare the chickpea cake. Recommended! More than positive experience with this activity. I was quite confused about the socio/local dynamics of Elba, places to visit, beaches, etc. The Lady and the pizza maker, managers of the restaurant with a map of the island, gave me some advice, filling my heart with kindness and smiles, and also my stomach with their excellent pizzas.
