Disappointed with the unprofessionalism and service of the lady server. Please note, there appears to be multiple feedbacks indicating similar experience. The food however, is good.

The worst service ever! I almost had a To serve my self in this restaurant! The food arrived after I was not hungry anymore Last point- I will never return to this place

Super disappointed with the service. The worst experience i had among the Indian restaurants I've been in Germany. It took an hour and half for our food to arrive. The service staff is hardly to be found. Felt like they don't care about the customers. The worst part is that you could see the customers that came after you had gotten their food served well before our order came through even though we had given our order well before. The interaction with the staff was not pleasant at all. This will be my last time here. The food, even if it were delicious it was ruined by the experience, so I have no comments on that.

My family and I have been recurring customers for 15 years now. Thus, it is sad to see such a decline in quality. Although this might have been a one-timer I want to share my recent experience since it contains incidents I consider an absolute no-go in gastronomy. First of all what we noticed when we entered the restaurant: On top of the in-door customers there was now a line of take away customers. I immediately wondered if this could pose a problem for the service staff and kitchen. Unfortunately, the latter proved to be the case. The starter we usually order contained partially uncooked chicken. The papadams were not fresh anymore but tasted like they were fried in advance. The salad which is served prior to the main course was good as usual. The main course however had nothing to do with what we used to know. Not only did it contain way too much salt, the chicken did not taste fresh and we found a piece from a milk/cream package in one of the bowls. This is absolutely astonishing, given that this has never happened before. I want to mention here that the service remained friendly after all (we forwarded the just described complaints). Anyways, I do not know what happened that night. Whether it was simply an overload of customers and the kitchen could not keep up or if the restaurant replaced its cook. I am sorry to say that I am afraid to give this restaurant another chance at least not in the upcoming time. I guess this is just another corona sacrifice.

Good food. Very small seating, but clean and available. Not too busy, although we ate here twice, so we did our part. The naan was not as good as what I can..
