Attention vegans: this restaurant is fantastic! The food is incredibly authentic, made without any mixes, additives, or gimmicks. My non-vegan friends also loved their fish and beef dishes. The flavors are a modern twist on traditional Mexican cuisine. The staff is friendly, and the place is clean with an open kitchen design. Dining in is straightforward, yet bright and inviting. The portions are generous, and the leftovers are just as delicious. I highly recommend this place!

I recently got married, and when I discovered that Spitfire was starting a catering service, it was an easy choice for us. The event was a huge success; guests couldn't stop praising the shredded pork taco. They also provide vegan and vegetarian options that even the meat lovers enjoyed. For appetizers, they prepared elote, guacamole, and queso with chips. My only regret is that I was so busy hosting that I didn't get the chance to try everything. Ryan and Kathleen were fantastic: they were prompt, efficient, and very friendly. They are also incredibly flexible and accommodating. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
