Ellera At Flat Creek Estate

Fun vineyard experience with awesome disc golf course across the property. There is both a tasting room, an outdoor pavilion a restaurant. The wine was fine, nothing blew me away, but the whole vibe is great. Didn?t get to eat at the restaurant so I?ll beback to sample the cuisine some time in the near future. They do private events on site too.

Wanted to visit a vineyard and winery for my recent birthday and Flat Creek did not disappoint! We made reservations to sit in the bistro because the Texas summer heat can be overwhelming, so I highly recommend doing the same if you do not want to sitoutside. The food and wine selections were delicious and came out in a timely manner, but what I enjoyed the most was the greatcustomer service and atmosphere. We were greeted and seated right away and the hostess even acknowledged my birthday. We alsowanted to do some wine tastings, but you have to make separate reservations for that or go outside under the pavilion. The winetasting room was pretty packed so as walk-ins we couldn?t sit in, however we were still able to do three wine tastings at ourtable in the bistro. I ended up walking out with a bottle to take home : It was so worth the drive from Houston.

My husband and I recently brought my in-laws here for a nice Sunday afternoon and we were nothing short of impressed! Every staff member was friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the wines and had wonderful recommendations based on our personalpreferences. We spent most of the afternoon under the pavilion and enjoyed an array of foods that the staff suggested would pairwith the wines we had. We ended our day in the tasting room where we enjoyed wines that we never would?ve have typically chosenourselves. The property is beautiful, the wine was excellent, and the service we received matched. We will be back soon!

Everything here is over the top good, from the beauty of the estate, to the variety and depth of wines, to the lovely outdoor seating with wonderful little pizzas and salads. This place even has a disc golf course for people who want to do more than justdrink all day. I especially enjoyed the Super Texan wine, but they were all good. Very friendly, accommodating staff who justwant you to have a great experience.

Great wine and great food. But you go here for the wine. Superb. Fantastic experience and superb service. We had the chance of meeting Neil the owner and he and his staff were fantastic hosts.
