Great food and atmosphere. Steak lovely. Service good Great place to people watch Spanish and tourist both use
We walked past the happy diners in this restaurant several times so decided to try it for our last night. It was amazing! We ordered starters of fish soup and baked Camembert. But we needed neither (tho both delicious! as we were brought complimentary little appetisers and the main courses were generous. Best steak Diane and skewers of beef. Cooked to perfection! Then complimentary liqueurs which we have come to expect in Marbella! Perfect setting in Orange Square with minstrels serenading us too! We didn't want to go home! Only slight negative is that bread is charged for tho they just give you it even if you don't ask. It does state it on menu if you look hard enough!
I 'm not sure I have sorted this out! I looked through the suggestions and hope this time it is OK. If not I wonder if you could highlight the inadmissible stuff or just delete it. I won 't mind! My other name is Tom FlexiTurner! Even at 81 yrs I still have more to send you. I have lost count on the number of rellies I have advised to use your site over the years so I will not be offended life is too short! From our hotel, a 15 min walk took us to a cool orange tree shaded courtyard in old Marbella where we found a quiet restaurant. Maybe it was a bistro, maybe a cafeteria maybe the third in the trip adviser list. Whatever, we decided on baked sea bream in rock salt and roast suckling pork the two best examples of the genres we have ever tasted! Good service, not cheap but great value.[not for publication: you have 2 of my photos photos and one video clip which are of the same venue as this review] TomT Adelaide
Have eaten here on previous holidays and always had a great meal..no different this time! Recognised too! Both the meat and fish dishes are excellent, but the crowning glory was the chateaubriand..it was amazing, melt in the mouth with a lovely bernaise sauce. Atmosphere in Orange Square is great and the busker added to that. Will definitely be back?
