Jack In The Box - Marana

Good for what you expect from a fast food location. Getting condiments is a pain.

This will be a special report since this took place at the night before my cousin's wedding and we were driving an antique vehicle. We order multiple shakes and mini churros which costed near to $50. Both items were good and the staff were in good spirits as we drove the vehicle into the drive thru. I could tell this is a new location and I do wish the very best for employees.

Food is ok. Kinda reminds me of Hardee's. Dining area wasn't that clean.

Went in Saturday evening young teenage staff unsupervised, took 25 minutes for an order of egg rolls and a single taco. Had one other customer that was waiting for a single burger order. Was told the were very busy but no other customers inside or in the drive thru. Will never be returning.

Ordered my food at the drive thru window.wasnt a large order. Was told to pull around and they'd bring my food out.Then after nobody coming out with it.i had to go inside and ask for it. In which I was informed they had lost it or some b.s. and we're making more. It's a nice new jack in box and it is the worst I've been to. When I finally got my order of mini tacos they had been cooked beyond edibility and not to mention a few short of a full order.. what a joke. Eat somewhere else!
