My family had the worst experience of having food on Saturday night at St.George gourmet, kozhencherry.We reached the hotel by 9:15 pm and as we head on ordering they told the kitchen would be closed by 9:30 pm and they were forcing us to order in a hurry.Plus we could get nothing we were asking for cz they were sticking on to the petty excuse that the kitchen will be closed at 9:30 pm .If they allow entry of customers till 9:30 pm they are obliged to prepare what the customer wish to eat and shouldn't be forcing to eat what is left.In addition we already contacted to book a table and again they came up with the excuse that weekends are busy and they doesn't allow bookings but as we came many family tables were freed up. Altogether this was a total disappointment ever in a restaurant.
