Bidrage med feedbackWhy have a phone number if you’re not gonna answer it? It sounds like it’s somebody’s cell phone and not even White Castles phone. They’re cheap and ridiculously do not care. As an Uber or DoorDash or you are supposed to go inside the lobby to receive your food. Half the time the lobby is open when it’s supposed to be and the other half it’s not, so when I go through the drive thru because it doesn’t look open in the lobby, then they tell me that I have to somehow get out of a line of 11 people and COME INSIDE TO GET THE ORDER. Keep the damn dining room hours the same so this doesn’t happen. It screws me out of money, and the customer is never happy because this only takes so much longer.
Trying to understand how you all take all damn day getting the food out and still get the order wrong. You all need to do better.
On Sunday, I decided to purchase something for my grandson and requested no onions. However, the young man handed me a bag with cold fries and burgers, including onions. I went inside and spoke to the young lady, who called the young man but he refused to come out of the back room. She made everything fresh without any extra charge and included additional burgers in the bag. My first visit and my last visit to this establishment.
They're always super slow (you might spend 40 minutes in the drive thru). Food is ok. Be mindful of your surroundings...that corner isn't the safest.
The first White Castle to actually not put onions on the burger when you ask them not to!
