I recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant where I experienced exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed. Throughout the meal, she was attentive to checking in on me to ensure everything was to my liking. What stood out the most was her genuine kindness and willingness to go above and beyond. She took the time to recommend some of the restaurant's specialties and answered all my questions with patience and enthusiasm. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she made excellent suggestions that enhanced my dining experience. Not only was she efficient in taking orders and delivering food promptly, but she also paid attention to the small details. She made sure my table was clean and comfortable, and she even anticipated my needs before I had to ask. Her attention to detail and proactive approach made me feel well taken care of throughout my meal. GiGi’s exceptional customer service made a lasting impression on me. Her positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine care for her customers made the dining experience truly delightful. I would highly recommend GiGi to anyone visiting the restaurant, as she truly embodies the essence of outstanding customer service.

Decent food, but if you’re gona charge $54 for two plates make sure you have air conditioning. It’s a hot day, at-least invest in some air conditioning.

Came here based on a locals recommendation at 8 PM website says they don’t close until 9 PM. They put a sign up that they’re out of ribs which we were not gonna eat and they still won’t open the door for anybody. Called inside and they said that they just don’t have enough food. I don’t understand what kind of restaurant plans this way! Thanks for nothing on our one night in town.

We came here based on reviews and were disappointed. Out of ribs, out of cornbread and no Mac and Cheese!! We decided to eat here anyway since we had already waited in the long line. The food was all lukewarm and the brisket was very, very fatty; that’s mostly what I paid for. The sides were okay but nothing special. Overall, you can skip if you don’t have time to wait in that line.
