Great quiet place to eat!! I always enjoy El Maguey live the food and it's nice and comfortable!!

The food and the chips were all very good. Food has always been fast and the service good.

I will start by saying I believe they must have a new cook. That being said, the food was horrible. I ordered cheese nachos, when they came out the cheese was not melted and there were clumps of cheese on the chips. For my entrée, I ordered the Speedy Gonzales, which consists of one beef taco, one beef enchilada and choice of rice or beans. I always ask for the beef enchilada to be chicken. Fantastic! First visit to this restaurant. The meats are perfectly seasoned and fresh. I noticed a post above from a person who found a leaf in their meal and gave a low rating. This restaurant uses bay leaves to season, a mark of a house made meal. A beautiful seasoning for the meat. Delicious!
