Adam's Smokehouse - Mar del plata

One of the more underrated BBQ joints in St. Louis. I feel like those in South City know what’s up, but Adam’s isn’t as well known across the metro, but it should be. Rivaling places like Pappy’s/Sugarfire/Bogart’s, etc., Adam’s is delicious!

Best bbq we've had! And the service was excellent! Fall off bone ribs, good sides, pulled pork, brisket and salami! We will be back next time we come to St. Louis. Thank you Adam's Smokehouse!

Fantastic protein and the sides are good too, unlike most other BBQ joints. Edit: Upon visiting for lunch today, we found they were out of ribs and turkey. That's a minor hassle, but it's good since they don't serve leftover meats. Everything is cooked fresh.
