Uncle Sam is one of the famous bakery in north Goa. They have variety of pasteries and we tried many. All were freshly prepared and were tasty. Bread was soft. We personally didn't find red velvet much tasty (can be a personal choice but all rest were yummy. Had a experience. Must try place in Goa.
