Mt Fuji - Maplewood

My family ordered 2 lunch bento boxes along with some other items via Uber Eats. Sadly, they did not include the salads that are supposed to come with the bento boxes. When I called to notify them, I was told it is soup OR salad and since we did not choose, we were given 2 soups. I explained the menu clearly states Lunch Bento Box $13.50 Comes with California roll, shumai green salad, miso soup, and rice. The woman who answered the phone told me she was new and stated again it is soup or salad, but she would tell the manager and ended the call. I gave the low rating because customer service was lacking to say the least. We all work hard for our money and it is very disappointing when you do not receive what is advertised. It is worse when they imply that you you made the error. I guess gaslighting is the new apology. I have eaten here in the past but after today I will go elsewhere. Principles matter!

Sushi took an hour, and we had to ask server for EVERYTHING- water, to order, how long the food was taking, the check… terrible service, and for subpar food. Avoid if possible

We ordered sushi rolls which were very good, but having to wait 45 minutes to get them is too long.

It's a nice spot for some sushi and appetizers it's also BYOB

If eating overpriced low-quality imitation Japanese food in circus atmosphere is your idea of a good dinner, go to Mt Fuji. On the other hand, if you’re an investor, this would be a great opportunity to purchase this great property, beautiful location, and hire a real chef.
