Crabbae Seafood And Catering

This is my second time ordering from this restaurant. The first time was good, but I wasn't a fan of the rice. This time, I was a bit nervous because I ordered the Rasta bae and it was taking a long time for my order to arrive (through Uber Eats). I started reading reviews and got worried, but when I called, the man on the phone was nice and assured me that my order was ready, just waiting for the driver to arrive. I then received an update that the driver was on the way through the app. When my order finally arrived, it looked amazing. I forgot to take a picture because I couldn't resist diving in. Everything was delicious, I even shared with someone and still had leftovers to save. I will definitely be ordering this as a special treat from time to time. I would like to begin by mentioning that the wait time was not bad at all. However, I must say that the staff at the front of the restaurant were unfriendly and lacked patience. The food was disappointing; the lobster tail was bland, only accompanied by butter in a to-go container. The mashed potatoes were dry and lacked flavor. The shrimp was well-cooked and seasoned, but the salmon crab meat egg rolls were dry and came without any sauce. The overall presentation of the food was poor. I suggest stopping the false advertisement. The only enjoyable aspect of the meal was the juice. It's unfortunate to say that this was my experience.

I visited Crabbae for the first time and would definitely order from here again. Although they advertised yellow rice, I was served white rice, which was disappointing. However, the corn was delicious - not overcooked - and the seafood was excellent.

I follow crabbae on Instagram and their food posts looks so good. Finally i had the chance to try it. It was pretty busy with foot traffic in and out the establishment. Placed my order about 1245 and received it at 230. They had many online orders so Iknew I would have to wait. Which wasn't a problem. I ordered the loaded crab fries w/ shrimp and rasta pasta w/ shrimp, and thehoney jerk wings. The loaded fries had so much sauce you couldn't even see the fries or the crabmeat. And it was cold, justthrown all together. The rasta pasta sauce was watery. Too watery. The wings was OK. I was so disappointed, because I couldn'twait to try their food. I had to throw the loaded fries away. 20.00 down the drain. I took the shrimp and some crabmeat off andsaved it for the rasta pasta. I had to revamp the rasta pasta and make a thicker sauce. Flavor was there, but the outcome of themeal wasn't. Maybe I caught them on a bad day. Because, like I said they were overwhelmed with orders. But to me it's no excuse.If I'm going to be patient enough to wait that long for my food. When I receive it, it should be on point. Not trying to turnanyone off from patronizing this establishment. Just telling you about my first time experience. Yours maybe different.
