Spring Kitchen Maple Valley

The food was some of the best I've had! The meat was cooked perfectly, and the spring rolls were amazing!

I've been coming here for 10 years. The quality is definitely not the same. You don't get an option for a large or small bowl when ordering their pho it's called a large but it's more of a size in between their old large and small. In conjunction withincreased prices, this makes the value of a bowl not as economical as in the past. Most importantly though, the pho noodles werenot fresh. It tasted like the noodles have been sitting around for way too long kind of like when you overcook Ramen noodlesand sits around, getting mushy and losing any snap. The garlic fried tofu was decent but a bit salty.

Spring Kitchen has a nice atmosphere, clean restaurant and friendly service. Food was good. Smaller portions than other restraunts with similar menu items.

This used to be a weekly spot for us, for years. However the last few times we have ordered take out, they have made errors in our order that we had to go back to the store to fix. Missed items, beef broth in vegetarian pho, etc. If you order take out,make sure you open the bags and check every item!

This is our go to spot for Pho and vermicelli bowls in Maple Valley. Everything is fresh and delicious. You really can?t go wrong with anything you order in their menu. Great service and atmosphere. I highly recommend!
