Azafran Bistro - Maple Valley

Absolutely delicious, authentic Mediterranean fare here in the Maple Valley! Each dish was on amazing, fresh and full taste from lamb to chicken, falafel, humus, couscous and vegetables. Definitely the best secret kept in this area, we are embarrassing that it took so long to eat here!

Absolutely excellent. Each dish was perfectly executed, paired with subtle flavors with satisfying textures in a way I have not found restaurants in Puget Sounds suburb. The wine list is short but carefully selected to fit well with the menu offers. The service was right. All this in Maple Valley, where traffic is easy and parking is even easier!

Fabulous food and friendly staff. We went in with a very large group of people and ordered 2 different family style meals so we could share and take a taste of everything. It was amazing. Have also been in the bar to listen to music and the appetizers available through the kitchen are so delicious. Highly recommended.

Great food and service. Great way to spend Valentines with a loved one. Loved the live French music (singing and accordian) with the French food and French wine! The live music transformed the atmosphere. Osmar the owner and Chef was very accommodating to my shellfish allergy, cooked up a wonderful alternative!

This place was awesome. I came here with my family, and the waitress was pleasant and incredibly accomodating. My picky ten year old was NOT feeling adventurous, and the waitress spoke with the chef, and brought her a cup of soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. My daughter was VERY happy. The food was delicious, and the portions are great. I will definitely be back!
