Bidrage med feedbackThe last time I was here I got a beef chalupa and the wrap was the freshest I've ever had. I get Taco bell often and I was impressed. However this last time the chalupa wasn't so fresh but service was good. I def recommend this location.
PROS: The location is great. The concept of both the KFC with Taco Bell is outstanding. From the highway, you can see KFC very clearly, but to my surprise, there was a TacoBell too. CONS: Being met with a funky attitude is never okay, especially when I'm spending my money. The outside wall at the drive-through window is DISGUSTING. It matched the attitude I received from the pregnant young lady who was nasty for no reason. I was extremely polite to her, but she was not interested in offering kindness. The food was not put together well. I had to find the sour cream, and the tomatoes were squishy and very not tasty at all. Everything we purchased was put together so sloppily and with very little product on it.
Hands down the worst location I've ever been to. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Waited in line with 1 other car for 20 minutes just to get to the window. The man who gave the food to the car in front of me, leaves the window and started taking carpets outside. Finally get my COLD food AND my soda is flat. This location is terrible.
Ok I will preface this by saying I am not a review type of person, in fact I am against it, but I have already done everything I can to try and find higher management for this store to no avail. So here goes nothing, first of all my order was made incorrectly, but before that while ordering my food inside, I told the “manager” I wanted 2 items she took it as I wanted them together I said oh no I would like both separately. The she proceeded to strike me with an attitude and a strange face. As I waited there were multiple other customers inside that were served before me who had ordered after me. Then I watched the so called “manager” begin to point at me and talk to other employees while she ate food off of the line with her gloves on and then made other people’s food. I am outraged and yes I understand it’s entry level employment and it’s just fast food but these are full grown adults acting like children. Lazy and rude. If anyone can put me in contact with the regional manager of this store or even owner of the franchise that would be great. I would love to speak with them.
This is the second time I had a very bad experience at this Taco Bell/KFC. First was at the drive-thru, I ordered five items and as I was ordering my dessert I was cut off and told to go to the window. Once at the window, I asked to add my dessert then was told that I was not allowed to add anything at the window. Once explained that I was cut off and not done ordering, I was told that I had ordered too much food for the drive thru that nothing else was allowed to be added. Silly me I went again a couple weeks later and decided to go inside so I did not have the same problem. As I was ordering food for three people I had a question about a sandwich, then to be told that I needed to know what I wanted when I got there and to not ask questions. I then started to wrap up my order out of frustration. When completed I was told, “you want everything huh, you want a hug too?” by the employee. Considering I only spent $20, I highly doubt I got everything on the menu. I will no longer continue to support this location.
