Papa Johns Pizza - Maple Heights

I have nothing bad I can even say about this store. They’re so nice. First of all. Our food was good. Standard. But the customer service was above and beyond. In a snow storm, nonetheless. Twice. Thanks guys!

The food is not the problem it’s literally everyone there during night shift who has a job including the manager how y’all just decide yall done making food two hours before yall closed how tf do yall still have yall jobs !!! I’ve decided I’m going to sue so I need to figure out who I need to talk too cause somebody getting hit with this and I don’t want anybody innocent involved.

We order here often, or at least we used to. This is the second or third time I have paid for and an excuse,lie, or anything but the over $50 worth food is all I get. This time I got hung u o on by the lying delivery person. We have VIVINT it shows she was not here as long as she claims. She didn 't knock or even think to leave it on the stool st the front near the doorbell CAMERA! They only do this at. Closing. I will get my money back THIS time, unlike the first rip off by East Cleveland Papa John 's. I had a felonious assault. Three months later my husband 's favorite/ last baby brother died, July. My best friend/son died on R 21st Anniversary; this caused me t I have a stroke August. I say to my spouse this is the worst year I f my life. Two weeks later my husband died at work. The pizza and chicken okay but hanging up would have cost the old me or someone like myself, especially during the season S,A.D., as I have, t I commit suicide. Our home i s Mum 75 on her 7th stroke I on my first 55yo. Your people need much more respect to keep customers. Look in t he records you will see we were loyal regular customers. He is dead as much as I loved the freshness, I respect myself too much to PAY to be mistreated, disregarded , or disespected! THANK YOU FOR THE MANYGOOD TIMES ACROSS the USA. I don 't believe my business is appreciated after two strikes!

There is just an average pizza place nothing special, but there OK when you are in a hurry and just want a quick meal.

DURING THIS VISITED I WAS LEFT VERY UNDERWHELMED. ALTHOUGH MY ORDER WAS READY WHEN I ARRIVED ONCE HM I NOTICED THAT THE CRUST LOOKED VERY DRY THAT MY PIZZA WASN'T ACTUALLY CUT. SO THERE WASN'T JUST NO PICK UP PULL APART A SLICE I HAD TO CUT IT MYSELF.
