Subway - Maple Grove

I enjoy getting a sub from Subway every now and then. I usually go on Sundays during my lunch break. The food is always good, but the customer service could be better.

My 1st time here! The restaurant was nice and clean. It smelled great. Our guy who made our sandwiches was awesome! I ordered a Italian BMT on herbs and cheese. With spinach, black Olives, pickles mayo, sweet onion ,salt and pepper. It was yummy and verywell made! I am definitely going back here!

The restaurant's website and sign both indicate they close at 8PM, however when I arrived at 7:30PM with a worker inside, the door was locked. Don't bother stopping by for lunch as you may also encounter being locked out. It's better to find a place with more reliable hours. I purchased Groupon coupons for this place but have been unable to use them due to being locked outside. I attempted to call but received no answer, despite there being a worker inside.

Order is pretty accurate when ordering inside. But won't order online again because all 3 sandwiches were not made accurately made. I love Subway just when its made right.

I gave this restaurant a 4-star review, but the service provided by the gentleman employee tonight was truly 5-star. Despite being the only staff member on duty and dealing with a busy evening, he remained pleasant and attentive. Unfortunately, the lack of preparation for a rush of customers resulted in some people leaving before their orders could be completed. The online ordering machine was also causing some chaos with constant beeping. Overall, the employee handled the situation with patience and professionalism, and the sandwiches were delicious. I would recommend some better planning for busy times, as we had to drive quite a distance to visit this Subway for the excellent customer service that sets it apart from other locations in the Brooklyn center area.
