Olive Garden Italian - Maple Grove

Ordered lunch pickup. ordering was easily placed online, was ready within 25 minutes, order was received exactly, togo plastic ware was sturdy and suppen nicely packed. eating was hot and tasted just as good as it usually does. at order take them only give them 2 brotsticks per person, yes I know I don't need anymore, but I wanted more! I have also added to the take home menus that were perfect for the children so I didn't have to cook for dinner.

Our server dwight was the worst server of all time. When he took our order, I never saw him again. I never offered us a water replenishment. has not offered us the cheese they pour on our meals. we checked our orders. it was just a catastrophe. I usually have good experiences in the olive garden, but that was by far the worst.

We had the greatest time here. I was there first, waited for my wife with a quick appetizer that was a new product, and they have several that is so delicious. derek the manager stopped at each table who asked how our meals were, he is involved, funny and a big shaker and mover. we have been here for years and have seen many of the waiting staff here where we have beenhaved. this past Friday evening was busy, but no one has stopped being great! hallo of deb and dave derek! good eating, good atmosphere and good people, come for eating, stay dessert for the.

The personal was great. fast to move and seemed a positive environment. the manager was outside in the dinning room communicating with the personal. that made our experience great. the food came fast and was hot and tasteful. our server was on her game and was friendly. all other og on this level! visit was at 17:30 on 9-16-22.

We went there last minute 8 of us on a Wednesday evening 6pm. They sat us very quickly did not wait for our whole party to arrive before seating us. Our waitress came she was attentive, cheerful, interacting with all of us she was so amazing. She did not mess 1 thing up we as a group where all over with ordering indecisive. At the end we where walking out and I just had to know her name so I stopped and asked another waitress and then she came around the corner. I thanked her for her hospitality her kindness to our family. Her name was Nizer (I'm probably messing up the spelling) She was is an amazing person. Thank you To all the staff that worked 9/7/22 especially Nizer.
