Chanticlear Pizza Grill - Maple Grove

Best pizza I ever had! Great place for day of play, family eating or hanging with friends. Great service and prices. I'm definitely back.

Not the Chanticlear pizza I remember. I took my children here on a Tuesday night and the waiter ignored us and served tables that were sitting after us. After 15 minutes. This location looked like a restaurant before, but now its whole bar. The waitress here isn't interested in someone who doesn't order drinks. The menu looks great, but away are the days to make a kind of pizza good. It's all marketing hype and spraying taste. There are also several types of pizza crust. I wish you had all experienced the Chanticlear sites that Dale ran, they were great.

With teenagers at home, we order at least once a week. If the pizza is not 100% to my liking, I get an email with a coupon for a replacement pizza. I call that exceptional customer service!

We go for the Happy Hour at least twice a month. Large thin crust pizza, tap beer and pot stickers. Service can sometimes be slow, but the Happy Hour Specials are worth waiting.

A few pizzas ordered online to pick up 2 hours later. I have to go to the restaurant, about 5 minutes before my time. Waiting while the hostess sat a few people. I told her my name, she went to check the status and came back to say it was a few minutes I was okay with. While waiting for more people to come in, more people came in and sat again. Another employee asked if I would wait, I said yes, I wait for pizza and gave her my name. Then she sat down and waited for more people. Finally, after waiting for almost 20 minutes, I got my pizza when I asked for a reception, the employee looked at me as if I had troubled her. Drove the less than 10 minutes at home to eat lukewarm pizza. Very disappointed. Maybe some employees have to help customers instead of running around. I'm back.
