Messa 40 - Manzanillo

We ate here twice on our recent visit to Manzanillo, as it was so good. I had the ribs, and the steak, and they were both great. The meat on the ribs was perfect, nice, soft tender meat, which would melt in your mouth. Well...worth a visit, good service, nice sitting on the sidewalk and having dinner.

Messa is an amazing place to have a meal that is not Mexican, in fact, incredibly international and modern, too. Don't get me wrong, I really love Mexican food and could eat it all the time! But every so often when you travel in...Mexico for long enough you feel like a glass of red wine and steak. So I came in for a steak sandwich, grilled vegetables, and a glass of red wine. And Messa did not disappoint! The veggies were served with a basil sauce, the sandwich with a delicious chipotle aioli. Meat was tender, vegetables perfect. All first class. I truly enjoyed everything so much that I decided to have them make a meal I could take with me for breakfast the following day

This little restaurant next to Kiosko in the trendy coastal neighborhood of Las Brisas was a very pleasant surprise. The wife always wants to try restaurants that offer unique tasty food when visiting our condo in Mazanillo. I am a hamburger expert and have spent...the last several visits to our coastal paradise trying to find the best burger. Search over. Great place for the foodie in the family to enjoy gourmet treats while I enjoyed the large juicy hamburguesa with carmelized onions and special chipolte sauce. Great service. Generous portions. Reasonable prices. We will be back again and again.
