Papa's - MANTOVA

Location GREAT. Service very good. Food…not so great. We had lunch with the family on a hot sunny day in august. The service was very fast and very friendly. We ordered simple food but the food really is very basic with cheap ingredients. People come here for the location…and that is amazing! I gave it 4 stars because of the service and location.

Had to wait nearly an hour for five plates of food, when it eventually arrived, it was tasteless and not pleasant. Great pity as our waitress was lovely but obviously overworked and let down by the kitchen. Ordered a drink cost 6 euros for two mouthfuls of juice and a slice of orange don't bother to go there.

We wouldn't normally try somewhere like this as it's right on the lake so thought it would be expensive but we needed a rest from the beautiful but very hot sun. Anyway, we just ordered drinks Hugo Spritz and the STRONGEST Cosmopolitan cocktail I've ever had 10 Euros), then we were given the ticket to go up and help ourselves to the free buffet. Food was basic but really nice, pasta selections, rice and pizza of course) . Really nice experience, especially for people we saw with families , good for the budget . The buffet is on between 7 pm 9 pm . Enjoy x

Posto con buona vista e casual chic, siamo stati serviti e “coccolato” dal mattino buon tipo e disponibile, nonostante la sua prima stagione nel posto. Sarà un piacere tornare per un altro apericena! grande staff tornerà sicuramente!

Eccellente! grande professionalità e simpatia, con il personale in camera disponibile e amichevole. siamo stati accolti e seguiti da ted durante il nostro soggiorno. Bene!
