We visit this restaurant at least once a week, and we usually go through the drive-thru. Even when the line is long, it moves quickly and efficiently. Every employee who has handed us our food or processed our payment has been cheerful and helpful. The burgers are absolutely fantastic! I would definitely give it 5 and a half stars. Terrible experience! I ordered takeout for dinner and was really disappointed. For the price range of $10–20 per person, the food was lacking, the service was subpar, and the overall atmosphere was unsatisfactory. I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.
