After an hour of waiting, I went and asked why I was still waiting. He went to the back, brought up the food. It was cold. It had been sittingfor a long time. It was a busy night, I chalked it up to a bunch of orders. No, it was sitting there the whole time. Won?t comehere again. I?ve left 3 reviews in my whole life.
This whataburger takes the gold medal in worst experience. 1. It took 30 min to get to the window and then 10 more minutes to get my food after I got to the window. I got a Hbcs. 2. My sandwich was cold. 3. My fries were cold and stale. 4. My dp wasflat. 5. There was so much sauce I couldn?t eat the sandwich after I heated it back up. 6. No napkins. It?s clear that thesepeople do not care. I don?t know how corporate hasn?t stepped in.
Alex, the gentleman behind the cash register, provided exceptional customer service. My family and I were visiting from out of town and placed a large order with over 15 items. He kept us updated on the progress of our order the entire time. I would definitely return to this location, and honestly, I wasn’t a huge fan of Whataburger until now.
Waiting for your Whataburger order is as natural as breathing. This isn’t McDonald's; those who complain about lengthy wait times simply don’t frequent this place enough. The gentleman at the counter offered excellent service, and the team in the kitchen is clearly doing their best on a Sunday morning.
The line was long, but it moved quickly. They did forget my onion rings and gave me root beer instead of my Diet Pepsi. I didn’t feel like returning or calling back since I don’t live nearby—just passing through after work. The food was tasty, though!
