Mcdonald's - Mansfield

I bought a sausage egg cheese mcmuffin just to find myself spitting out the first bite because the egg was full of egg shell when I showed it to service asking for a different breakfast sandwich they were shocked to find out I wasn't acting like a Karen and the egg wasn't fully cooked and it had a lot of the shell in it I got a new one and took a bite before leaving just to make sure it was okay the person who cooked it closed the night before and then had to open which is why I'll never work at any fast food place and I'll always be understanding when I go to one

Terrible.place was very very dirty floor and tables no stock for pop machines no lids no ketchup bathrooms nasty as hell and no toilet paper just a roll of paper towel there placed there which had happened to fall in floor at one point amd get wet. Corporate needs to take action.

Barbara is rude. I'm not sure why she's still here. the night shift staff are rude, I understand it is late and they want to go home, but when I arrive at 11:50, I still expect my order to be taken, not to be said they can not take order because everything is closed, which is funny because the person before me gave her order in the window. my eating is always cold and never done right.

Wouldn’t recommend working there. Most of the management is unprofessional. They get away with bullying their employees. You’ll meet some great coworkers. You’ll build bonds, but be prepared for the bs. Discrimination is common among the management. Especially when it comes to a POC. You may be questioned about your hair texture and mocked.

Fast service brought it to the table was right the first time really good place to eat nice and cleanFood: 5/5
