Mcdonald's - Mansfield

Very bad customer support, worst icy. tee is really good in the morning then very weak. when you complain, they fight with you. drive through service very poor and ignore customers. food: 4/5

Thanks to the young blonde with a chaotic bungalow on the laufwerk thru, who insisted that I should have at least 2 ranches for my 6 piece, really appreciate it. even if her manager was rude about it and loud enough for all her customers to hear. if my lg fry had actually been full and not 3/4 full, this would have been a great experience because they. first class hospitality, they deserve a better job and manager! thank you?

I arrived at the drive-thru just 20 minutes before closing time. When I reached the speaker, a woman assured me that someone would assist me shortly. However, another car that arrived after me was attended to first, and after waiting an additional five minutes without any service, I decided to pull up to the window. There, I was ignored for another five minutes, despite a staff member seeing me. Frustrated, I went back to the drive-thru to try again, and after an excruciating wait, I finally got my order—a single soda. In total, I spent nearly 15 minutes just to get one drink!

I really enjoyed watching the employees get hyped up and dancing at the cash registers. Definitely a thing I will remember about this specific McDonald's. Really enjoyed the food, was nice and filling. Had a Deluxe crispy chicken sandwich combo with a medium fry and medium sprite. Absolutely tasty! The atmosphere of McDonald's is the spot where you never know who'll you meet to connect with business-wise as well.
