El Pollo Regio - Mansfield

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. There were no straws and no cups for sauces, and the floor and tables were dirty. To top it off, I never received my order. I ended up getting a refund and decided to go somewhere else.

This restaurant has the best charro beans around. The street tacos are fantastic as well. The drive-thru can take a little while, but if you're in the mood for deliciously greasy tacos, this is definitely the spot to visit. Atmosphere? Not much of one, but the food makes up for it. Food: 5/5.

I have to say this is my second disappointing experience. During my first visit, they forgot part of my order, and by the time I got home to eat, I realized it was missing. It was meant to feed five adults! They did replace the missing items on a later visit, so I thought I’d give it another try. Unfortunately, on my second visit, we only ordered baked potatoes, and they were just chopped-up halves spread around the plate to give the illusion of being full. To make matters worse, the toppings were incorrect, and there were bones in the chicken. At this point, I can't see myself returning—such a letdown.

My recent expirience was great i ordered a quesadilla with fries and i also ordered a half chicken with rice and beans the wait was very quickly and the customer service was also great and the food was cooked well.overall the food tasted good and I reccomend this place.

Whenever I walk up to the counter to order my food, they always walk past like I'm not there to order. Then, after waiting they will walk up and then ask if the can help me.Food: 4/5
