Dairy Queen - Mansfield

The Dairy Queen I visited was terrible. I wanted to order some ice cream, but they were out of ingredients to make anything on the menu. It was a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place at all.

Too expensive! All Combo meals have increased by $3 or more!$ 13.99 for Steak-Finger-Combo, which is half the time cold??? This is fast food not Del Friscos!! I can eat better than this at Cheddar for much less!!

Slowest service ever. I waited in the car drive for 10 minutes before I decided to go in and I thought why. The three teenagers who work think working is a joke. Take her sweet time to do anything they do without any sense of urgency.

I never had a good experience with this particular location. Today the lobby was closed and they only had the Drive-Thru. It took 30 minutes for five blizzards. There were three employees who were friendly, but spent more time chatting and looking at their phones then actually working. This location needs management.

Lobby has been closed since COVID. This place is run down the level of costumer service is bereft. The Blizzards are still yummy, but have become expensive.Food: 2/5
