Tfi Gicho's - Mansfield

Ordered many times over the years from here and never had any issues. This time the order had what appear to be long dog hairs throughout the majority of the food. Wasn't just the odd one neither, there was quite a few. Was told they'd replace the whole order and fetch the food back but unfortunately we had already binned the food. Then we was told we would receive a full refund as an apology and I thought that was fair enough. Had to ring back a few hours later and eventually they sent a driver out with £10, so about 1/3 of the order cost and was told by the driver that instead they were just refunding for the items that we mentioned had dog hair in. LOL. So you send inadequate food, promise a full refund then change your mind and send a tenner as an apology? Don't you worry, you keep that extra money you saved out the refund and we won't ever order food from you again. Absolutely shocking.

Food quality bad no information fish and chips got no chips and got no information if it's served with or without biggest mistake second think donner meat is over salted not fresh to make it soft there use oils fat and butter (food box bottom leaked oil from kebab! all Family poisoned with food there hygiene rating has been bought for shore not fresh not cooked properly

Called in as I was passing. Staff very helpful and friendly. I had chicken and chips very nice. Though the chips were a little too thick for my liking they were well cooked and very nice. It's just my personal preference I like crispy chips. But will call again.

The photos kind of speak for themselves. Me and the family are stuffed! We really did enjoy the food! Thank you for the high quality service all round, fantastic chippy, the kebab is gorgeous as well, I highly recommend this place and we will be back again in time! Thank you.

Haddock, chips n peas mix, plus mint sauce you can't go wrong. Very good, and the delivery personnel have been excellent in my experience.
