Didn’t like the new menu , was strange I tried the Bombay sandwich , wasn’t the subway we are used too Although staff were great in explaining how the new menu worked It’s got very expensive now Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Went here on Sunday, around 11:00am. Got to be the worst customer service received, 3 people behind the counter talking amongst themselves, I was the only customer in the shop and it took 2 minutes of standing there before any of them asked what I wanted, I told the guy what I wanted, he said okay, chatted a bit more then asked one of the girls to sort me instead, so I had to tell her what I wanted, again, the guy put the cheese on one and put it in the oven, his entire contribution to my 2 sandwiches. The 3rd girl served me on the till. 3 people to make 2 sandwiches and still not an ounce of good customer service between them Never have I seen such blatant ignorance toward a customer from 3 members of staff. Won't be going here.
