Ordered a takeaway. Delivery expected 6.30pm by their information. Tracking didnt work. Food not arrived by 7pm. Rang the restaurant. Told they were waiting for a driver, but one expected in 15 mins. Said i was happy because by the time it arrived it would then be 1hour late. Woman on the other end wouldnt stop talking to listen and when i asked her to she asked if i wanted to cancel the order, i said No, we just want the food asap . it is already 30mins late. Shen then said ive cancelled your order and hung up. Always had good experience and good food. Now they have not just lost an order they have lost a returning customer. Poor service. No Tracking, Rude staff.

Another lovely evening shared with great friends. Although Faz wasn’t present, we were very well looked after. The food was very tasty and plentiful. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you again guys.

Food was very nice. Portion size of the chicken was very good. Staff very friendly .will go back soon
