Lovely food and friendly service, logged into their website and got 40% off our main meals

We came here today for our daughters birthday. Our second visit to this particular restaurant. The staff were very friendly. We had 4 different members of staff check to make sure we were being attended to. Our server Chloe was lovely and made a very conscious effort to interact with our children and even played a game of peekaboo with our youngest. We didn't have a cake or anything with us but they still placed a candle in our daughters dessert and sang happy birthday to her. The food was lovely as always, hot, tasty and cooked just the way we like it.

Had a lovely time at this Frankie Benny's. Decent food, standard for what you expect from a family restaurant. However, it's the staff that really make it. Visiting a Frankie Benny's in London on a quiet afternoon and the staff were cold and negligent. In this one, despite being a busy Xmas Eve, the staff were consistently warm and attentive. We felt well taken care of throughout the meal. Especially great were our waitress Michelle, and Vicky the bartender did a great job with the cocktails. We really appreciated the effort on a day where I'm sure they would all rather be home with their families.

During my first visit to Frankie & Benny's in Mansfield, I can confidently say it won't be my last. They have a delicious lunch menu that's also very affordable, plus unlimited refills! The loaded fries with cheese and pepperoni were a highlight. I don't mind putting in an extra hour at the gym for those! My sister, her fiancé, and I went there on a rough day and were feeling a bit down, but our visit really lifted our spirits. A special shoutout to our server, whose name I unfortunately can't recall; she was polite, professional, and funny, which made us feel right at home!
