Ramos Restaurant And Bar - Manor

The sports bar at Pass is noisy and the service is sluggish. I give it two stars for the food, which was decent but not served at the same time, and I had to find my own utensils. The server was very kind, but appeared to be new and was not receiving assistance from others.

The restaurant was good overall, but slightly expensive for simple Spanish dishes. We dined in for dinner and found the price per person to be between $10-20. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 4. Recommended dishes include the Carne Guisada Taco Plate, Breakfast Tacos, Enchilada, and Tortilla Soup.
