I ordered salad and then black lady behind the counter asked me what veggies i wanted, i told her this and this and this , and then at last she had the audacity to tell me why just you didn 't say you wanted all of it like what? You just cannot say something like this to a customer. Horrible. she didn 't even say hi or anything like that, was just standing there waiting for me to speak. I just expected some good service if not best. Sad Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The black woman behind the counter didn't even acknowledge my existence and instead called on the black couple standing behind me and asked them what they wanted. This woman physically made some other woman from in the office, whom was busy and wasn't even trained (she kept asking what she was supposed to do, etc), to come deal with me despite me being the first one in line. This meant that the couple standing behind me had to physically wait for easily 10 minutes for this other woman to get done making 2 footlongs before they could even move forward. Customer service skills were absolutely trash and this woman should be ashamed of herself and her ignorance. The staff always goes beyond and beyond! they are polite, they are friendly and they always suggest something to supplement their sub the choice.
