We came across this place accidentally when it was just newly opening and keep coming back after that. They serve the best ramen I‘ve ever had for a while. Btw we were amazed by the fact that the broth is not salty at all, which is difficult to believe while in Germany hehe.
Incredibly delicious ramen. The broth is very aromatic and all that comes in is a palate. In addition, the owners are very friendly. Come regularly from Heidelberg:
