Wendy's - Mankato

The restaurant was understaffed, but the employees were hardworking. At 7:30 p.m. on a Thursday, the drive-thru was quite busy. Placing our order was a bit chaotic since the young man taking orders seemed overwhelmed; however, he managed to get most of our order correct and was polite throughout the process. The food was served hot, and the flavor and texture of the fries, burgers, and chicken nuggets were excellent. The prices are similar to those at other fast-food places.

We stopped by this restaurant today for lunch with the family. Since we're from out of town, we don’t visit often. There was a lovely lady in the lobby, I believe her name was Jill. She was incredibly sweet and helped keep my kids entertained by providing them with crayons and coloring sheets. She checked in to see what we needed and brought over a few condiments. We also had a nice chat, and she even cleared our trays and held the door for us as we left. It was such a pleasant experience! Customer service is crucial, and this restaurant is fortunate to have staff like her. If we ever come back to town, we will definitely stop by again just to say hello!

I tried the hot honey spicy chicken sandwich, and it was quite good. However, I still think the regular spicy chicken is my favorite. The staff was polite and friendly, and the service was quick.

I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, and it was truly the best I've ever had! It rivals the grilled chicken sandwiches from upscale restaurants! If you're searching for a juicy, hot, fresh, and flavorful grilled chicken sandwich at a great price, you should definitely visit Wendy's! I absolutely loved it and will be going back for more! I just wish someone had shared this hidden gem with me sooner! But no worries, I'm sharing it with you now! Oh, and don't miss out on the new strawberry Frosty—it's incredible! It's thick like the classic Frosty, with a delicious, fresh strawberry flavor that isn’t overly sweet—just perfect! Make sure to grab one before they run out!

I was truly impressed with my experience. The person at the drive-thru who took our order was very polite. The team member who handed us our food wasn’t as engaging, but still maintained a professional demeanor, which I can appreciate considering it was a busy Friday at 5:30 PM. Our food was delivered quickly, hot, and delicious. It had been almost 10 years since my last visit, but I can confidently say it was fantastic. Keep up the excellent work!
