Marco's Pizza - Mankato

The same pizza ordered twice. For the first time, it was an amazing deluxe pizza. Second, it had too many onions and tasted nothing like the first time. It is hard to give better than 3 stars to a place without consistency.

I ordered from here for the first time. The pizza was very good, but my chicken caesar salad had no chicken...? Just lettuce, croutons, and shaved parm... How can you not tell something is missing from that lol.

We've now tried Marco's a couple times in Hope's that maybe we caught a bad day at first. However, our experience was the same the second time around. It seems like there is always a very long wait time for delivery, so I decided to pick up. Getting there before the time I was given to pick up, my pizza was already done. But when I got out to the car and looked at it, it looked as if it had been sitting there awhile. I'm only about 5 minutes from this place, so it didn't take long to get home. The pizza had definitely sat awhile, which is what it tasted like the first time too when we had gotten delivery. For the price of these pizzas, I'd rather go somewhere else. They do have some awesome flavors, if only they'd be fresh.

The pizza tastes great, which is why we have given this place numerous chances. But, tonight was the last chance. Almost every time we order Marco's, something is wrong. Tonight for instance, I specifically asked for THIN crust, and then we receive THICK crust. Oh, boy. It was actually expected, sadly. I just shook my head, laughed and we ate our pizza. Now we will have to find a new pizza place.

They mess up my order almost everytime. How hard is it to follow a simple order? The quality of their topping could be better. The one thing that keeps me back is a driver they have, Ryan, I believe. He doesnt make me feel like just another costumer. I feel like he truly cares, and gets my mistakes fixed quickly. I will continue to order as long as their employees are kind but would really enjoy to be able to order and get my order right the first time. 5 stars on drivers customer service. 1 star on final product.
