Pizza Hut - Manitowoc

The pizza was ok, slightly undercooked, but ok. The boneless chicken wings….i ordered a double serving. Right number of prices….but added up, they wouldn’t have been more than a single normal serving. They weren’t “wings”, they were micro nuggets!!I paid over $18 for $4 worth of barely sauced nuggets.Parking: It was nighttime after a day of rain, but there was no painted parking spots visible. It was just a black shiny blacktop.

My experiences at the Manitowoc pizza hut was horrible, on multiple occasions I 've went there it was always a problem. Firstly, the manager in that place is so arguementative, I understand customers aren 't always right but the way she kept going was very unprofessional, mind you i am a customer and i overheard this as i was in store the, the manager was on the phone im guessing it was another customer she was yelling at the customer granted i dont know what the other person was saying but as a professional the manager had no right speaking like this, she said I am the manager, i cant give my boss number out she hung up the phone and told other employees what was said and then go on to say the person said she was going to get her fired the manager says i need a break I 'll just file for unemployment anyways they would just be doing me a favor ; i thought that was so rude and unprofessional. my second occasion going in there one manager was coming from outside came in didn 't wash his hands and reeked of weed, that is a restaurant it shouldn 't smell like a dispensary. Most of the time everyone is just sitting and on there phones, but also not all is bad it 's a older woman that work there im thinking she 's also a manager and a younger women with 2 braids them two a usually always working together when i come in and they are always kind and work hard but other then that Pizza Hut needs more training on customers service

Ordered pizza and wings on line. Gave us a window of 40 to 50 mins. After 90 called and asked if our food was still coming. They said did you check you step.went and I went there to find out the food had been sitting out there for 40 min.s It was was ice cold. The manager argued that I wanted no contact. I told her I didn't. She kept arguing with me. I basically gave up. Wasn't getting anywhere with

The food is what u normally think. I mean, who hasn't had pizza hut pizza. However this specific location is not so great with service. Don't ever ask for extra anything, because you'll get normal amount of toppings, but still get charged for extra. Rare to see salad bar if u are eating in and I don't remember the last time they actually cut slices all the way through. So if u don't have a knife ready, u will be yanking the pieces apart.
