Adam's Mountain Cafe - Manitou Springs

The best nut burger I’ve ever had. Husband had the vegan tostada and was equally impressed. So many menu choices! If we lived locally we would be regulars.

One of the worst Mexican dishes I've ordered west of the Mississippi lol. It was described as potato tacos but tasted like mashed potatoes. The French onion soup was pretty nice at least. Would not recommend this place unless you're trying to cater to omnivores

There are a handful of vegan options and I think we got lucky with our choices! The breakfast bowl I only tried a bit of and I think I'd go back to get it

While they have meat options on the menu, clearly the vegan options are the focus and are very good. Updated from previous review on 2024-07-29

Outstanding lunch at this bustling local cafe. Everything was made from scratch/house-made and “slow cooked”. The menu was clearly marked for vegan options. The food was amazing with well developed flavors and our bartender/server (Aria) was great.
