We ordered food, including 2 hash browns and I asked politely if it could be made into 5pcs. the ketchup because I really like a lot of ketchup in the hash brown like 2pcs because that 's it too. Then the manager (Mr. Andrei) morning shift 4/14/24 said they couldn 't give because they said there was only 1 per hash brown then they pointed us to the free gravy so I said 2 because my hash brown then he said 'SO NGA ' he gave me 4pcs. of ketchup but he is just rude because knowing that he is a manager but he is like that to their customers. I know it 's just a small thing, but that 's the point, just a small thing, do you still need to be rude. It was polite when I asked, and we also have a lot of orders. We even visited this branch even though there is one closer to us in Paco. We asked the cashier what their manager 's name was because we were going to re-rate, then he said he would ask first if we could say like WHY DO YOU NEED TO ASK, then we waited but there was no one, so we asked the guard but the guard said .
I would like to report McDonald Benitez branch the address is 1112 Pedro Gil St, Paco, Manila. What happened is we made a reservation on 16th of January for my daughter’s birthday, we paid the downpayment fee which total of ₱2,500. On January 23rd, I’ve made a letter requesting to cancel the said party. The date we booked was supposedly on February 25th at 1:00 PM. I’ve read the contract and I know I’ve complied what is needed. We have given a timeframe on January 24th that the refund for the said downpayment is within 2 to 3 weeks, we will be contacted via our personal number but this not happened. I was so busy that I didn’t count the days and they haven’t reached out to me. The hassle that I need to go their just to give us an explanation that it might take a while just like they mentioned on the day I passed the contract to them. And now, I’ve texted them to the number they gave me but they only replied to me once! No status given! This is ridiculous, I hope I get the refund within this week. ₱2,500 is not little.
