Mai Wei Fang - Manila

We had this in japan and so i was looking for a place to satisfy my craving. The dumplings are a bit small its just as big as the takeaway sauce cup. But it was still warm, and juicy! Had to wait for about 10 mins for the next order to arrive, because they made another batch on the spot. Will definitely come back.

For the unaware, the broth was mainly pork fat that rendered to a rich tasty soup. Their fried xiao long bao tasted really clean that even the non-pork eater half of our duo was able to appreciate it.

We tried xia long bao and taiwanese chicken. Love the xia long bao! Affordable food yet the food are appetizing and they served it hot and freshly prepared.

We ordered the tasty combo with the pan fried dumpling (3/5; too oily for me), flaky sandwich with fried egg and floss (4/5), and soya drink (5/5! very refreshing). Giving them 4 stars for the attentive service

The only place I know for a good authentic shengjian bao. They have good shanghainese comfort food, the fried chicken with 5 spice is not bad too, it is juicy and flavorful inside. But the star of the show is their crispy bottom and juicy shengjian bao! Great place to give your tastebuds a treat.
