Sonic Drive-in - Manila

I am frustrated to see all the negative comments on Facebook about Manila Sonic. If someone doesn't like it, they should go somewhere else instead of spreading rumors about the food or the staff. No one is perfect, we all make mistakes. As a mother/grandmother who has seen the disrespectful comments on other posts, it is disheartening. Everyone should be ashamed of themselves. The employees work hard in the heat, both inside and out. Instead of tearing them down, we should be building them up. There is no need to criticize every little mistake they make. The youth of today work hard, and we should support and encourage them in their first jobs instead of being negative. Let's show some empathy and kindness instead of spreading toxicity on social media.

I ordered food at this restaurant and they got my drink order wrong. I asked for a large but they gave me a medium instead. The car hops tried to argue with me about it, but I just ended up drinking it. I'm not sure if I would come back to this place or not.

My carhop, Alyssa, was unhelpful when I asked about my two cokes. I placed my order around 5:11 pm, but by 5:22 pm, other cars that arrived after me had already received their food orders. When I tried to get Alyssa's attention, she made eye contact, swore at me, and walked away. I immediately pressed the call button to ask about my drinks. At 5:26 pm, these rude young women finally brought my drinks over, acting disrespectfully. I tried to speak with the manager, but surprisingly, no one answered. This kind of service needs to stop. The service here has declined and it seems to be a management issue.

It's comfortable. some days eating is great other it is just a no. really depends on whether they have enough personal or whether they are really busy. I love to tip, but everyone looks lately depressed and hastened so that the tips have been smaller, not to lie.

Food cold again. Maybe the down part of not using their app is it’s still going to be cold. Ordered for 3. Not asked if ketchup was needed. Napkins 7. Do you still have drink trays ? and if not offered I will now keep the tips. Not sonic standards I am used to.
